Our experienced team—many with over 25 years of service—ensures every product meets the highest standards of accuracy, reliability, and performance. Leadership

Under the leadership of David Durham, President and Owner, and John Hebert, Manager of Operations and Sales, Oilfield Die continues to set the standard for excellence in machining and customer satisfaction.

David Durham is the President and Owner of Oilfield Die Manufacturing Company. David’s journey with the company began in 1983 when he started as a Machinist, bringing his dedication and craftsmanship to every project. Over the years, he honed his skills and was promoted to Shop Foreman in 1985, where he oversaw daily operations and ensured the highest standards of quality. In 2005, David took a significant step by gaining ownership interest in the company, reflecting his deep commitment and vision for its future. In 2024, David became the Owner of Oilfield Die Manufacturing Company, leading it with a blend of experience, passion, and strategic insight.

With a robust career spanning 27 years in the machining business, John Hebert has established himself as a skilled and knowledgeable professional. In 2001, he joined Oilfield Die Manufacturing Company as a Machinist, where his commitment to quality and precision quickly set him apart. By 2010, his leadership abilities were recognized, and he was promoted to Night Shift Supervisor. John continued to climb the ranks, and in 2013, he took on the role of Manager of Quality Control, Shipping and Receiving, ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery of products. In 2024, John achieved a significant milestone in his career by becoming the Manager over Sales and Operations, where he now drives the company’s growth and success.
